We are seeking a Technology Sales Representative to join our team!
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and expand relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive solutions for customers in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Quickly resolve customer problems and complaints in order to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Maintain a close relationship with company management;
- Keep abreast of best practices, promotional trends, and new technologies.
- Experience and background in IT networking and security.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong sales, communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to develop and deliver formal presentations tailored to the client needs.
- Ability to develop long-term working relationships with clients and colleagues, and be open to feedback for improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
